For any dispute arising from the contractual relationship between the company and the client, the courts of Piraeus are competent to resolve it. The protection afforded by the provisions of the Law on Distance Contracts, as well as the present terms, is emphasized that it applies to transactions only with natural persons who deal for reasons other than their commercial, craft, business or free trade activity. If any of the terms of this Agreement are not applied, the others remain in full force and effect.
